1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BotAI (botai.uno), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What BotAI is

BotAI is a curated directory of AI tools and tool stacks for indie developers and global founders. Browsing the directory is free. Tool makers can submit their tools for inclusion (free Basic Listing) or purchase a Featured Listing ($99 one-time). The site is accessible at botai.uno.

3. Tool listings

BotAI reserves the right to accept or reject any tool submission at our discretion. We review every submission before listing. We do not guarantee that a submitted tool will appear in the directory.

Tool descriptions, ratings, pros, and cons on BotAI represent our editorial assessment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party tool claims, pricing, or availability. Always verify details on the tool's own website before making a purchase decision.

4. Featured Listing ($99)

The Featured Listing is a one-time $99 USD payment that includes top placement in your category, featured positioning on the homepage for 2 weeks, and inclusion in our newsletter. The terms:

• Price: $99 USD, one-time. No recurring charges.
• Duration: Homepage and category featured placement lasts 2 weeks from the listing date.
• Processing: Payment is processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem handles taxes, invoicing, and card processing. BotAI never sees your card details.
• Refund: 7-day unconditional refund if your tool has not yet been listed. Once listed as Featured, refunds are at our discretion.
• Rejection: If we reject your tool after payment, you receive a full refund automatically.

5. Affiliate links and disclosure

Some links on BotAI are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and sign up for the linked tool, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, tool ratings, or listing decisions. Tools are evaluated on quality and relevance to our audience.

Affiliate links are disclosed on the tool pages where they appear. See our Privacy Policy for data handling related to outbound clicks.

6. No warranties

BotAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tool information is current, accurate, or complete. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or products of third-party tools listed in our directory.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your reliance on tool information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us ($99 for a Featured Listing), or zero if you have not made a purchase.

8. Intellectual property

BotAI's website design, tool stack recommendations, comparison content, and editorial reviews are our intellectual property. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
